Cute Ballet Flats

I am trying to stay away from high heeled shoes because of severe backache and my plantar fasciitis so I am looking for cute flats as alternative footwear.  I have found these Christian Siriano 'Royalty' ballet flats that are so cute and I am already thinking of wearing this with leggings and tunic--a la Audrey Hepburn.
