I am a single mother of a cute and smart boy and a career woman. I love life and everything that comes with it. My son is my pride and joy and I thank him for constantly reminding me that I do not need all the luxuries in the world to make me happy.
Here are a few more facts about yours truly.
I love to laugh and make people laugh. I laugh at my own corny jokes (sometimes to the verge of crying) and even my mistakes. I always see the positive side of things.
I used to dream of becoming a doctor (still dreams of it sometimes) but I am slowly finding my niche... the place where I will truly succeed and be happy.
I always have time to play, I still play like kids do. I borrow my niece's PSP and Gameboy to play Pokemon or Sonic. Crazy! Monotonous activities bore me. Playtime with my son is one of my most valued moments. He grows up so fast so I always make sure to spend time playing with him everyday before we go to sleep.
I love to watch movies, I don't have a specific movie genre that I like but I watch sci-fi and action movies more often than any other genre.
I love to cook. I am not the best cook in town but I get compliments about my dishes. I probably got my 'talent' in cooking from my grandmother. When I was still a kid, I always help her in the kitchen to prepare the ingredients for the day's meals. It was when I was in high school that I have earned her trust in the kitchen--she let me cook spaghetti. Pillsbury pancake mix does not stay in our cupboard for too long because it is my usual experimental ingredient.
I read books from time to time. Reading is my 'me' time. It allows me to relax and it makes my right brain work. Well, shopping is my 'me' time, too. I am not a compulsive buyer (?)... I just love to buy shoes and bags ( if I have the budget). Clothes doesn't concern me much because my Mom is so kind to buy one for me from time to time.
Blogging is what makes me busy every night. It is where I let random thoughts spill and where you will get to know me better (if you are my avid reader).
